Tom Austin

Co-Founder & CEO
Tom Austin is an experienced entrepreneur and one of the former co-founders of AND1, a basketball brand that reached over $200 million in annual sales and took market share from Nike, Reebok, and adidas. He has over twenty-five years of experience starting and scaling multiple businesses as well as advising and investing in start-ups across both B2C and B2B. He has a degree in finance from the Wharton School, as well as degrees in developmental psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MFA in directing and writing from USC. He also has a wife, two great daughters and loves coaching softball.

Dr. Amy Athey

Co-Founder
Dr. Amy Athey is a national leader in sport and performance psychology with over 20 years experience consulting with elite athletes from Olympic and Professionals to NCAA Champions and PAC-12 and Rose Bowl Championship teams. She also has served as a performance consultant to tactical performers as well as business executives in the financial, sales, and education industries. She is currently the Chief Wellness Officer at the University of Arizona

Dr. Alex Auerbach

Co-founder
Alex Auerbach is an experienced professional with a history in the sports industry, with a focus on helping other people figure out and unlock how to be great at what they do. His training includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Counseling and Sport Psychology from University of North Texas, as well as an MBA with a focus on management. He has served as the Director of Clinical and Sport Psychology at the University of Arizona, and has worked with professional athletes, Olympians, and elite military units.
